Once they pass out from I.T.I they’re conserved as semi-skilled technicians, that can help them join any industry as an apprentice. During their apprenticeship programme they will also receive a stipend while getting the experience of working in an industrial environment. He further added in his speech that industries offer apprenticeship programmes as there is a huge requirement of skilled technicians in the industry and urged the students to take full benefit from these programmes.
