The youth of the United Kingdom are starting to feel the effects of Brexit, as some UK businesses relocate to elsewhere in Europe. The future is uncertain: employment opportunities may reduce and employers may become more stringent in their requirements. The apprenticeship levy for larger businesses and rising tuition fees do not help matters.
Despite these obstacles, an apprenticeship may be a great way to ensuring young adults build their skills and be employable. By offering an apprenticeship scheme, UK businesses could be developing the workers of the future, which could in turn, help hugely during the years ahead.
