To improve student skills in rural areas, Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) and the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Automotive Skill Development Council (ASDC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The Toyota Technical Education Program (T-TEP), a firm training effort that supports the “Skill India Mission,” has so far partnered with 56 ITI/Polytechnic institutes in 21 states. By collaborating with TKM and ASDC, the NSDC will be able to develop a globally competent workforce and give young people the opportunity to make a good living. In addition to ensuring student training, ASDC would promote infrastructure improvement.
