Amidst the chaos created by the pandemic, GoDaddy has witnessed a tremendous increase in their customer base. They made it possible by re-working on their business strategies and by choosing the unconventional norms to reach out to their customers.
Nikhil Arora, GoDaddy’s VP and MD India, said that owing to the demand for digital skills, the brand has set up their first online educational platform- GoDaddy Academy, which offers free training in basic technology and online businesses. Adding to it, GoDaddy has also partnered with the Eduskill, a non-profit social enterprise designed to boost the digital skills in India. GoDaddy Academy will offer courses to more than 2000 educators across 800+ Eduskill-partnered universities and engineering colleges. This partnership will hopefully create 50,000 skilled youth in the country.
