Bajaj Finserv’s ‘BEYOND’ to help employability with new training programmes and placement division

In order to make graduates employable, a flagship employability initiative has been launched by one of the biggest financial conglomerates in the country, Bajaj Finserv, called ‘BEYOND’. This program will equip India’s young graduates with customised training programmes for those with an interest in a career in the BFSI sector. ‘BEYOND’ has introduced new certificate programmes, like the Certificate Programme in Banking, Finance, and Insurance or the CPBFI, as well as started a placement division in order to help alumni with finding relevant placement opportunities. Microsoft’s collaborative talent programme to skill 1.5 lakh Indian youths with technology skills

The Future Ready Talent Program launched by Microsoft will bring a strategic group of partners together with the sole aim of empowering over 1.5 Indian youth with technology skills who could potentially be employed between the years 2022 and 2024. This initiative, a collaborative internship programme with All-India Council for Technical Education or the AICTE, FutureSkills Prime, Ernst&Young, GitHub, and Quess Corp, provides second year college students and higher with a holistic platform for connecting talent with opportunity.
