Looking at the conventional education system and the emerging relevant job roles as of today, there is definitely a huge skill gap that needs to be addressed. India is a young nation with more than 65% of its population in working-age group.

The need of the hour is degrees with skills. Some of these skills are Leadership, Digital Literacy, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Entrepreneurship, Global Citizenship, Problem-solving, and Team-working.
According to the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, “Skill India is no more just limited to the domestic market but is actively engaging with countries across the world to promote cross geographical exposure and opportunities in the international market.”
