Special courses for tribals in Telangana requested

Members of Parliament from the Telangana Rashtra Samithi have requested the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to establish training units in the state for the benefits of the local tribal in Telangana.

Members of Parliament from the Telangana Rashtra Samithi have requested the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to establish training units in the state for the benefits of the local tribal in Telangana. These training units will be based on the ratio of population and to plan special curriculum. The NSDC members met with the MPs where the NSDC officials presented all the necessary details having opportunities and projects in Telangana.

The delegation was told that so far 16,006 candidates had been trained, 10,655 received certificates and among them, 3,829 candidates had been placed in short term training of PMKVY. There are 66 training partners in 20 sectors in the State.
