Post pandemic Rajasthan has observed a drop in employment in the hospitality and tourism industry. New opportunities have arisen in the health sector so the Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC) has planned to incorporate skill development courses for training individuals for the medical health industry.

The medical health sector has seen a rise in employment as well as opportunities making this decision by RSLDC a smart move to combat the falling employment rate in Rajasthan. The RSLDC has been previously successful at training over 4.5 lakh youths in vocational courses, making them employment-ready. The skill development courses will be integrated into degree courses offered in colleges, helping youths overcome the declining economy.
