NSDC joins hands with California State University to empower Skill India Mission

National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has joined hands with California State University Long Beach (CSULB) to strengthen Skill India Mission.
Through this initiative, CSULB will be cataloging more than 200 free courses for the participants. The CSULB’s platform – Skills Commons and MERLOT will be integrated with eSkillindia.org to drive e-learning amongst the youth in the country.

Initially, courses from sectors such as healthcare, management, information technology, finance, employability skills, etc. will be provided along with extra care in upskilling the trainers. “By providing free and easy access to industry-centered training materials, NSDC and CSULB can deliver online learning to all and improve the well-being of all,” said Dr. Gerard L.
