With the rapid technological advancement of the world, we are set to see a vast change in job requirements and employee eligibility. In the next 15 years we will have to focus on equipping students with future career-oriented skills such as complex problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, people management, coordinating with others, emotional intelligence, judgement and decision making, service orientation, negotiation, and cognitive flexibility, while repetitive tasks are likely to be taken over by machines.

Thus the traditional education-examination system will not suffice to future employability. Schools will have to exist as mere tools to hone the skills of students in their respective fields of interest.
