HCL to train 500 high school graduates

HCL Technologies launched the early career programme known as Techbee back in 2016. The programme focuses on students who have successfully completed class 12th in the mathematics or business mathematics stream. Since its launch, the programme has provided entry-level IT jobs in HCL for 3000 students.

They will undergo a 12-month training period after which they will take on job roles such as software engineer, infrastructure management, design engineer or digital process associate. This year the programme is focusing on taking in 500 students from Assam and other north-eastern states. The students selected will also have the option of undergoing high education during the course of those 12 months. Read more.
