Deputy CM and the state’s education minister Dinesh Sharma explained that the initiative stemmed from the need to make higher education more affordable and accessible when students cannot pursue their education from the boundaries of a physical campus. Students also have access to a helpline number incase of any queries about the digital content.

Since its launch on 5th September, over 61,000 people have already accessed the digital library.
